My name is Pete and I live in the wonderful city of Chicago. I’m a man of many hobbies and ambitions, always adding to the list and never having enough time for everything. I usually work as an enterprise systems engineer, sitting at a desk and managing infrastructure and operating systems, fixing problems and making stuff work. I enjoy my work, the problem solving and technical nature it revolves around and constant influx of new knowledge.

Recently though I quit my job to pursue some traveling, work on personal projects and live life on my own terms for a while. A cross country, loosely scheduled road trip is something I’ve always dreamed about doing. Now is the time and I hope you enjoy following along.
